    takeover coming ?? ROC starting to seriously outperform other mid-cap stocks ... look at TAP and HDR today ... All the hard work done by management over the last few years is still churlishly valued by the market. Wouldn't suprise me to see some large British or European mid-cap oiler come and take this gem of our hands for a bargain $4 or something similar ... probably then discover a couple of hundred million bbls in Angola,China,WA and even Mauritania ...
