Roc Oil appoints receiver to protect Nth Sea assets

Sydney - Friday - June 3: (RWE Australian Business News) -
At
the request of Roc Oil Ltd (ROC) Kroll Ltd has been appointed as
Administrative Receiver over Acorn North Sea Ltd.
The move is designed to preserve ROC's entitlements as lender
with first ranking security over ANSL's assets in accordance with a
Security Agreement acquired by ROC on 17 December.
