Hi Lost.
I don’t think you can draw comparisons between Merricks and ROC. Merricks is making $25 m/year npat compared to ROC contributing $4mil max revenue before tax to PAC for their current share holding.
Based on the multiple RPL paid for Merricks the ROC holding might not be worth $40 mil.
If we adjust for tax it’s probably worth the $30 mil management suggests.
