Although I'm not holding as iv just been short term trading ROC.
I was very bullish on ROC's long term. However given the current earnings multiple, I feel the deal is not that great for current ROC holders.
I think we would have been far better served using our capital position to continue to acquire intrests like the malaysian field
Despite all that I think all holders will do well put of the deal I just think horizon with all the balance sheet strength ROC are bringing are getting a great deal
