Mmmm, seems a bit that way.
Mgt have really let people down after their bullish statements some months back. We've heard them talk up the game with cash flows, announcements re partnerships, milestones like Roche delivering, spin-off's, etc....
Hopefully it is just delayed and not complete BS.
On top of the generally crappy market my read is people are now standing back and seeing if mgt deliver in the short-term like they promised.
