Reckon that is one of a few questions.
In between a Memo of understanding between SFS and Anteo there may be options granted.

I’m thinking that for any company wanting controlling interest, they may need to buy the Anteo Energy division that has been established as a subsidiary holding the patents.

Not sure if you too have read the extensive silicon based battery patent granted in the USA. This application was extensively contested by other battery interests prior to the publication.
I too would appreciate a summary from Anteo informing the status.

Im sure Anteo too would prefer full disclosure.
in the meantime many here are helping to compose the possibilities. -In my case “a best guess”!
