The sp will rise two weeks before the announcement. the people with the inside knowledge will start stacking up. That should be the indicator and I reckon a decision within one month if roche are going ahead. In regards to the sp after the roche announcement and if PYC has the goods, I would say 20 cents is a strong possibility based on the option conversion at 15 cents. You wouldnt think that the management would put a short lead time on the options if it wasnt achievable. Yeah I know, famous last words. The options seem to be very good value and the buy sell spread is 5 to 1. Either way I am happy as long as these positive announcements keep coming. It has always been a long term stock and if the cash flow can become positive, the sp will start to reflect its true value.
