Tony, this is OLD news, announced back in July.
I appreciate your enthusiasm for research and posting but a few of the things you are putting on here of late are just rehashing old news and trying to build more of a story around PYC.
I'm beginning to wonder what your motivation here is. I can see you're a shareholder but do you have anything else to disclose?
