The only other possibility is if PYC were rolling in dole and paid out the notes with interest.
Seeing they bought the notes to help PYCs cash balance, I suspect they will convert the notes into shares.

The company issued 1,240,000 convertible notes to raise $1240,000. The notes are convertible to shares at 5cents/share, if converted prior to the maturity date of 30 April 2011 or at 4cents/share if not converted or redeemed prior to that date.
