Equity of course. But at a price far far less than you will have paid for it. And in the meantime its interest bearing. So any upfront cash received in these so called mega-deals with Roche and AZ is just gonna get burned up in interest repayments.
But don't worry, these phylomers are just the ticket to untold wealth and happiness...but for who?
