Spot on PoS - and that is exactly how the models plays out.
As the more partnerships that are formed build the potential revenue as you've mentioned accumulate eventually becoming as stated by the companies forward projections "rapid revenue growth" as the parties progress moves forward into the higher end of the scale.
As for cash sustainability it is getting much closer, so far in the first 6 months revenue has been achieved equivalent to almost 50% of the previous years expenditure....
Once a significant discovery does come forward for any one of the parties i think the next step doesn't require explanation....
Patience will pay the rewards...
