I am definately the same catergory as you goodone ... your just hearing my prejudices built up by negative experiences of losing money from fancy corporate footwork of company's i have invested in in the past.
I havent always been a loser when investing in these types of stocks and i do hold high hopes for boe, just the less dilution the better.
