The poor performance of this stock rests in two places firstly with the history of poor managment including Robbie Cooke and David Foster who you were right about may I say they have proven themselves to be completely useless. The second factor is the regulation and regulators in NSW specififically who are on a mission to force a sale and send the company private for the cheapest price they can create.
