Totally agree, Conde is just presenting his strongest arguments as a lawyer.
Bell will make his determination as the presiding resolution specialist and advise NICC.
NICC (mr. Crawford) will ultimately decide on the license. IMO there will be more restrictions and a prolonged pathway to adhere to.
But hey, if Crown got out of it, albeit as a sale-off, so will Star.
Business and jobs are in Australia's bet interests, esp. in current economic landscape.
SP seems to be stabilising at 47.5c. Best time to act now for a potential suitor at A$2-A$3 billion mark.
When the dust settles, the SP will easily be above $2, IMO.
