Sorry Pat, I was illustrating the point that one guys research on RP does not make the market. The blokes doing their research in 2007 should have pointed to the fences saying the prices were unstable and could go nuts. No need to determine the price but an indication or a hint that the prices were bullish in the short to medium term would have justified the money they were paid to prepare the report.
I think today has been the best day in a while on HC with the debate on information. Many here have different points of view and it is good to hear them all.
