Thanks Grangeh,very interesting.
Even considering the desperate times desperate measures bit I suspect getting this unproven action through their system would be almost impossible,an absolute last resort and certainly something Obama would not go alone on.
The yanks have the high ground at the moment, their making the situation worse (yes it is possible)is not something Obama would want on his record.
A rock and a hard place and the price we pay for our lifestyles.
