I was thinking what would make me consider buying back into this dog after getting it wrong the first time before the last rights issue.

Want to see DFS version 3.0
Want to wait for the next one for two rights issue at less than 1.5c
Want to wait for the 20 to 1 share consolidation which will knock the sp
Want to wait for finance approval which will be very positive for the sp
