If you read the announcements relating to the drawdown facility Rockeby has with Fortrend Securities Pty Ltd,

It becomes obvious that it is in Fortrend's best interests to have Rockeby's share price as low as possible so as to receive a greater number of shares and options for their buck $.
Fortrend have already reduced the issue price from 1.5c to 0.9c !
Why wouldn't they sell them down? Perhaps Fortrend will negotiate the issue price down to 0.7c before the next drawdown?!
The above is pure speculation, food for thought though...
