There seems to be something (not) going on with the RocketBoots IPO.

RocketBoots on their web site has no mention of the IPO (as far as I can find today 25 Oct 2021)  !!!

And the prospectus says the lead manager is Taylor Collison, but if you search the Taylor Collison web site there is no mention of RocketBoots either. I searched their site today, but maybe I missed it.  

It might be worth a call to Taylor Collison I suppose.

All of this seems strange, and something I've not seen before.

It begs the question ...  " Is this the IPO you are having, when you are not having an IPO ? ".

I've checked ASIC's Offer Board though, and can see that there has been an extension to the exposure period, so this may explain the delay, and probably does. The extension is to 27/10/2021.

The prospectus can be downloaded from a "Computershare Transaction Site", powered by "The Reach Agency".
