Yes, that was a big factor, but you have to take a lot of other factors into consideration, here is my take:
* Their MC cap was overinflated for where they were at on their journey to becoming a producer.
* Majority of their planned output had/and still don't have on offtake partner.
* If you look at their tenement layout and potential conflicts that might arise with any of their neighboring tenements that are held by other explorers. Lengthy delays due to some kind of access disputes a real possibility.
* Sector sentiment was on a firm negative wave.
* Oversupply of battery materials & imminent elimination of Co in LiB's was wildly & successfully spruiked.
...just to name a few...now, anyone please correct me if I am wrong, but AUZ does not have any of the above problems. I could go on and list why I think this is a standout project, but time is a bit tight and I know most here will do what he heard will dictate on open
, regardless of how strong the FA has built up here over the past 6 months.
It will all come down to what additional info will be released with the BFS...ie...anything concrete re SK...anything concrete re Finance...and then it will depend on where the big boys want to take this and the only thing in their way will be if any instos start getting involved, even then we will not know if they want to push it down first b4 accumulation or if the buying pressure will be too strong from the open.
Main pointers as a farewell:
* SK think 0.12c is a good discount
* SK would be gone by now if there was any unsurmountable object in our BFS.
* The final product the AUZ has demonstrated of being able to produce does not need further refinement...this on its own is a game changer!!
* Momentum in the Battery Sector cannot be suppressed for much longer, evidence that the EV and Storage transition will happen much faster than certain 'Analyst' wants us to believe is very obvious.
* Flemington - zero value accounted for in current MC.
* Thack - zero value accounted for in current MC.
* Scandium (advanced) research - zero value accounted for in current MC.
* Gov participation with some form of positive financial contribution highly likely - zero value accounted for in current MC.
* The very high probability that SK will sign up for extra offtake with AUZ, considering the have signed massive new supply contracts last week...and don't be fooled, those additional supply contracts were not just thought of last week, they were months in the making...(50,000m drill campaign @ Sconi
