Scandium first came to my attention through CLQ as Sallywoofs mentioned it. Price eventually seems (to me) could be determined by CLQ as they mining it as a cheap by product. We will see though, remember the Chinese think long term as opposed to Trump playing catch up. Non political comment pls note.
Forward thinking anyone with vision would only see scandium as having big potential if priced right for transportation and otherwise.
When RF says something I take note, ie vanadium, scandium.
