Lavrov had some interesting comments on North Korea:
"The Americans attacked Iraq only because they had one hundred percent information that there were no weapons of mass destruction there. The Americans will not attack North Korea because they are not just guessing but know for sure that it has a nuclear bomb.
I'm not defending North Korea. I'm just saying that almost everyone agrees with this analysis and if this analysis is not understood in the USA we could go into a very unpredictable dive. Thousands, tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of innocent citizens in South Korea, North Korea and Japan will suffer."
