Very good question.
So - how long is a piece of string?
The value will be dictated by the open market, imo.

If demand is healthy, and sellers dry up, my absolute guess is $1 - $1.50 for starters, which is around $65 - $97 mill m/cap.
From there, the rest of the growth potential, assuming continuing interest, would have quite a few factors:
Quality of coal vs volume;
Extent of resource model - is the same seam across the whole drill zone, for example;
Drilling programme for east Teeg, and results;
Drilling programme for the western Licence Nariin Teeg, and results;
Ditto for the exciting Sth Gobi Licence that has a display of coal at surface!
Partnership potential to get this baby funded and into production;
Any other new deal - Indo ? - another Mono option? - Bayanteeg mine?

As one may gather, I nor anyone else for that matter, has a crystal ball, however just noting the potential influence to assist in price / value of Co.

So there's my take, and happy for others to dyor, and improve or justify otherwise.
