if so, that (very) long overdue answer is... a patented bio-tech formula that delivers a 40% reduction in the fat in french fries! it sounds banal, but the market potential is huge - the planet currently chomps through $20 billion worth of fries a year.
get in mate (if you can). with only 15 million HCT shares outside top 20 hands this might be difficult though (especially as the top 20 now seems to be mostly the Malaysian money men who colonised this stock in 2009, clearly with this play in mind.)
