    I think it depends on the companies rules it puts in place as far as governance.

    I know they had stuff in place where they could only buy after the half yearly results were out etc but not sure as far as news releases.

    It would be hard considering if stuff was in the pipeline and you were not sure when it would be signed off and then suddenly it does get signed off and you had bought in just before. But what can you do then?

    I'll try and have a look tonight.
