of NRT in Australia - the Australian Investors, the American investors, the foreign exchange markets , or
all 3?
On last nights US close of US$15.65 the Aussie value
is US15.65 / 5 / 0.658 = AU$4.75 but just a month or so ago with the exchange rate about 55c the result would have been $US15.65 / 5 / 0.55=AU$5.69.
The answer to my own question I think is that it will
inceasingly be dominated by the US market as their
buying power takes hold of a(to them) relatively
cheap stock.
