The graph of rare earths has it going over $20 per kg within 12 months. With a cost of production of around $4.50 per kg there is approx $15 per kg profit. Every $1 above $4.50 is $20 million to the bottom line.

First year production 2010 at 10,000 kgs - profit $300m
2nd year or 3rd year after 20,000 kgs - " $600m

Suggest there will be a capital raising for increased costs of moving processing from China to Malaysia (could be be up to 150m) . I expect an announcement within the next few months but hopefully this annoucement will include the Jewel in the crown ie: RARE METALS which has at least $50B in the ground.

Do your own research but my guess its a $4 stock plus a value for Rare metals in 2 years .
