I usually do all that too before buying. But in this case, it was easy. Bankable feasibilty study done at around $5/kg basket. Basket when I bought at 48¢ was circa $8 and rising. If funders thought it was profitable enough to advance money at $5, $8 gives an extra $3/kg pure profit, now $13, still gotta be a buy.
