Amazing thing when you want to buy real estate thats quality forget getting a bargain.
Swan Valley , where I have been looking to get a bargain 10 acres, thought I would bide my time and watch prices drop - must be joking - they sell quickly - and no bargain.
There are good prices being paid here for good stuff and seems to be moving well - albeit back to normalish conditions.
