+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Sedimentary Holdings is pleased to announce the discovery of new high-grade gold mineralisation at Cracow in joint venture with Newcrest Mining Ltd.
Drilling by the Cracow Joint Venture at the end of this fiscal year's program has intersected new mineralisation under cover rocks midway between Back Creek North and Roses Pride.
Drill hole CBK 083 recorded the following down hole intersections:
306-307 metres 1 metre at 1.3 gAu/t 516.7-523.1 metres 6.4 metres at 10 gAu/t 530-531 metres 1 metre @ 2.9 gAu/t 533.9-535 metres 1.1 metre @ 15 gAu/t 572.4-572.8 metres 0.4 metre @ 5.8 gAu/t
The mineralisation is a new find. The drill hole targeted the intersection of a linear magnetic low and a northerly trending structure extrapolated from earlier drilling. A plan and projection showing the position of the new find relative to other known mineralisation is attached.
This intersection represents further success in the exploration for new high-grade shoots and will be a focus of the drilling program in 2002/03.
