I love the ways that someone is twisting things at times.

For, now we have two totally differing opinions put on the table in front of us.

The one where AKA posted the ASX Appendix 3B release where it clearly states that "the shares will be issued once procurement of the equipment has been completed" which clearly excludes any installation costs and everything else outside the supply of the equipment itself, ....

and then we have your version which goes as follows:

""The issuance of shares to Sinosteel will be included as payments due and payable under the procurement agreement for the Rocklands Group Copper Project’s mineral processing plant, equipment, construction and erection, and is subject to FIRB."

Well as the the plant has not been constructed or erected yet, then those shares are NOT due for issue YET !!! Plain and simple.""

Now, and so that everyone here will be able to know and follow it, which one of the two is the correct one.??

Most importantly, on what date was your version being released to the market,.... when, on the one hand we have the one from AKA clearly stating the released date as being the 4th of June current, while no dates are evident on yours.??

Has the company made two separate and contradictory statements.??

Just asking that's all.
