Common Hoots...............If the 3B had said "purchase" of equipment fair enough, but "procurement" has a little wider connotation in most peoples eyes I believe:

eg Procurement refers to all the business processes associated with purchasing, spanning the whole cycle from the identification of needs to the end of a service contract or the end of the useful life and subsequent disposal of an asset. It also includes the organisational and governance frameworks that underpin the procurement function. Procurement does not include stored management and logistics that are part of the wider subject of supply chain management.

Anyway, the initial announcement should be relied on as that was its purpose. The primary purpose of the 3B related to the issue of additional shares and actually references the 19 March announcement (in case clarity is needed).
