This is the 3rd time in less than a month that ROC reaches 38 to 38.5 cents and then retreats. It was quite a disppointing end to the day after strong gains in the morning. I think the share price finally succumbed to the general falling market and drying up positive sentiment.
The falling share price is manipulated by bot trading more than I think most people realize. I noticed through out the day bot trades selling constant quantities of shares at the bidders price and when their volumes started to increase, and then panic selling kicked in for some sellers causing the share price to fall almost as fast as it rose in the morning.
I am still optimistic that with the "Basker-Manta-Gummy Oil and Gas Project - Operational Update" hasn't been fully realized by the market yet! Hope that ROC's 38 Cent Curse is lifted tommorrow with a strong rally like what we saw earlier today!
