Doran's timing seems at odds with WPLs and HDRs general statements that they like to see drilling successes transformed to production as early as they reasonably can, and also WPLs statement that they'd like in excess of 100,000 barrels per day by 2007.

Doran's statement that Tiof might have half to a billion barrels in place also looks conservative - at least the half billion.

Seems very conservative. His comment about Banda gas is interesting though
