With a potential market of buyers in the millions, who have been advertised these properties for weeks, it's not surprising that at least one person out of these millions is willing to buy these houses.
To keep it simple, not so long ago, these houses woudl have sold like hot cakes for prices well above the reserve.
Because they didn't do this, the basic message is, this whole thing is a dud and the market is sick.
