not..quite..so... Maybe it's a deal between seller and a broker to sell (down?) 5 mil. shares to punters before announcement of deal which might not be to expectation of lumettes. Seller & broker both make a killing before price hits 30 cents. The key to all this is if a broker bought the 5 mil. shares. Surely a lumette somewhere could find out.....
