Couldn't agree more .
I don't think the CEO has to be a technical guru but someone in the place does and it would appear that may still be lacking . What would be handy would be if the CEO at least had an understanding or appreciation of the process .
We don't need someone who is there for the first hour off every shift , day and night , as some tried to tell us about Frank once , but someone who has a chemical or process background would he handy at the helm .
