Today, the Court discards that balance. It says that from the very moment of fertilization, a woman has no rights to speak of. A State can force her to bring a pregnancy to term, even at the steepest personal and familial costs.

'Discards that balance'.. after each of them had previously agreed with precedent ? This is nothing more than a hatchet job on common sense, decency and balance.. These very words cannot be interpreted as anything other than extremism.. This is what happens when a bench of the highest court gets stacked.. very disturbing

The SCOTUS have cherry picked and excluded to suit their ideals, knowing that society is divided on the issue, they chose a side.. they are playing god, playing politics

A state can force that individual to surrender that weapon and any other weapons in their possession, even if they have paid a great deal for that/those weapons and even if it upsets them emotionally and causes them a great deal of distress..
