Precedent? 230 precedents have been overturned
Empty argument
Your view on when it is a human life is a dodge and weave
Is it a human life as the mother is in the process of birthing?
If it is...then it is at some stage earlier.
If your view it isnt... you're a murderer at heart.
"
if you have a position on this fine....just dont try to impose it on others."
Fine
Aand with that statement you captured the SCOTUS view on this "right" as it is the only one ...the ONLY one..that involves ending another person's life so it is dealt with differently. As it must.
So how about YOU stop imposing your view on the life of the unborn child
Unless of course, you don't see the baby as a human being
You may not know...read this
2nd trimester and onwards
No wonder you would REFUSE to state if the baby was a human being. BTW...no medication for the baby is provided.
Wonderful
How can you read that and NOT have a change of position?
BTW... the same process in 3rd trimester. Except then, they tend to suck the baby's brain out thru a hole drilled in the back of its skull - out of some sort of "humanity" is is thought, to minimize any "distress" to the foetus

Dilation and Evacuation (D&E)
At this point in pregnancy, the fetus’s body is too large to be broken up by suction and will not pass through the suction tubing. The cervix (the opening to the uterus) must be more dilated (opened) than in a first-trimester abortion. This is usually accomplished by inserting laminaria (a porous material which expands with moisture in order to open and soften the cervix) a day or two before the abortion.
The physician then dilates the cervix and dismembers the body and crushes the skull to facilitate removal.
