Fair point hdhtin, but then >120 million shares on the sell side are for a price >2.0c, more than double the price right now. I guarantee when the price surges to 2.0c the ratio changes.
The buy/sell ratio is based on the current price and changes as the price changes so omitting levels isn't really a valid comparison unless you remove the outliers on both sides.
