Don’t believe the spin on these threads..
1. The director has enough shares. (124.4M)
2. Future performance rights are 30M + 120M
3. If the director did buy on market a “change of director’s interest” must be lodged
4. If a director bought at this point in time it could be considered insider trading.
Having said all this I think it’s highly unlikely the Director bought any shares today!!
