Thanks. I'm not aware of any policy that impide someone posting charts. Perhaps if you post and provide unsolicited advise on what to do using your chart as a supportive material then that would be regarded as to be an advise.
Comments and charts posted here and in other blogs are mostly people's view and these views tend to be biased or influenced by what they wish to happen at any point in time.
So and for the records, DYOR and make informed decisions.
Im not a chartist or expert in this field, but I've seen charts behaving this way that prompted me to think it could touch drop to 4c.
