best entry rate is if you can afford to buy it. Then buy it and wait and see what happens. Its hard to say what is correct and what is not. The market is a yo-yo atm.
me personally I like the company and what they have going for them and holding for a while and see what happens. Again every person has there point of view and thoughts on it this is why we say DYOR. Everybody situation is different.
