It's been mentioned that ROG management is strategically targeting a move from small to mid-cap. Can anyone tell me what actually needs to happen for this to be a possibility? For example, revenue must be greater than $XXX, X new discoveries in the next X months/years, production needs to exceed XXX barrels per day. Please stick to facts to keep it simple for my simple brain.
