for that to happen we need to see BUY queue go up to 60m or so - once people are convinced that they will not get their fill @ 0.2c only then will they take out ON MARKET sellers @ 0.3c... for all this to happen we NEED news ASAP... some good news is required to get the ball rolling here... without that the buyers ain't rocking up in a hurry...
