red sky will rise when they announce drilling in qld . they plan to drill b4 xmas . rog have been bouncing around 3.5 and 4c a while and is a very small co. so fluctuations are high . i will not get back into ctp until there is clarity over the current situation even if i do miss out on a rise because of any announcement .
