Roger is a little too optimistic here.. No one cares about liver PFS.. there is really no such thing and it is not a clinically relevant endpoint. If your tumour in the liver shrinks or does not progress but you have disease progressing elsewhere which will limit your quality of life and lifespan, then its not worth doing.. Slowing progression of primary liver cancer (HCC) , confined to the liver, is another thing. Interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
