I understand yr sentiment....how ever...it stands to reason...as i have posted previous...
assets = to amount of shares on issue
earnings going forward = current pro rata
underlying performance based on Assets available & replaceable
and yr intrinsic value is some 40% below forward earnings is less than say 50% allowable for say a pink elephant crossing a purple zebra crossing....but trust me..i have my data based on a pie in the sky sentiment based on models that are 10 years plus......oh please....Vocus is all about Assetts in ground and what will be earnings going forward.....
Unfortunately voc will never see the light of day because of a Vulture Fund with a to of cash....i have 300,000 units...quite happy to take a 30% hit for 2 years to realise long term residual income...pricks....but...thats how it goes....
