Authorities should be all for an open and transparent process. Concerns should be raised regarding the opinions of experts on TV and how this leads to movements in small capitalization stocks. The relevance is then the potential gain made by such experts either personally or for their funds. This is less of an issue in large capitalization stocks. I note that in the US cable shows such experts have clear notification of their personal/family/fund holding in these stocks. I feel the whole process is not fair for the small share holder.
