By the way I am fully aware that this preferential guidance from companies to instos goes on every day and has been for decades. What surprises me is that although everyone knows this, the companies and instos themselves keep the topic pretty quiet yet tonight's response was pretty blatant and gets small shareholders very annoyed. Strong buy at $3.90, sell at $3, briefed by the company in between. Material info or not?
